therefore i say;

to claim a man is bound without his consent by way of a concept is misdescription and is false dealing by way of deceit;

to then treat that product/title (CPS, HMRC, COUNCIL, POLICE) as if it acts in place of a man is personification; to use that product to draw attention away from there being no claim of wrong doing is misdirection; all are false dealing by way of deceit;

i do not answer products, i answer man; if a man says i did wrong, let him state it plainly and i will provide remedy for a claim that is true;

misdescription: presenting a man by way of a product, label, office, or procedural character
personification: treating that product, label, office, or character as if it acts in place of a man
misdirection: using that false presentation to draw attention away from the absence of a claim of wrong doing, and so away from remedy;

all are wrongs, in false dealing by way of deceit;

out of wrong doing no claim can arise
